Recruitment Video for Radiotherapy – AUMC

For this project, Medify Media was asked by Varian to create a recruitment video for the Radiotherapy Department of Amsterdam UMC. The goal was clear: attract new healthcare professionals by giving an authentic and engaging impression of the department, the people, and the work they do.

 

We started the project with in-depth conversations with the client to understand their wishes, challenges and target audience. Together, we translated these insights into a clear concept and script that balanced medical professionalism with a human, approachable tone. It was important that the video reflected daily practice on the radiotherapy department, while also highlighting what makes working there meaningful and rewarding.

 

Filming took place on location at Amsterdam UMC, where we worked closely with staff members to capture real situations and genuine stories. By combining interviews with dynamic footage of the department in action, we created a video that feels honest, energetic and credible — without becoming overly scripted or promotional.

 

The final result is a recruitment video that clearly communicates both the technical expertise of the department and the human side of working in radiotherapy. The video has been successfully used in recruitment campaigns and has proven effective in reaching and engaging potential new colleagues.

IPFace & Zoho — Supporting Healthcare with Smart Software

For this project, Medify Media created a case study video highlighting the collaboration between IPFace, a clinic based in Lisbon, and Zoho, a global software provider. The goal of the video was to show how IPFace uses Zoho’s software in daily practice and why it has become an important part of their organisation.

 

We worked closely with both Zoho and IPFace to shape the story. Before filming, we discussed the objectives, key messages and target audience, translating these into a clear narrative that focused on real experiences rather than technical explanations alone. The emphasis was on how the software supports workflows, improves clarity and helps the clinic operate more efficiently.

 

Filming took place on location in Lisbon, where we captured interviews with staff members at IPFace, combined with footage of the clinic in action. By grounding the story in real situations and honest reflections, the video presents a credible and relatable view of how digital tools can support healthcare organisations.

 

The final case video shows not only what Zoho’s software does, but also how it is experienced by the people who work with it every day. IPFace shares why they chose Zoho, how it fits their needs, and what benefits it brings to their team and patients.
