Scaling Medical Education Through Digital Learning

For this project, Medify Media partnered with Heimerer, one of Germany’s leading providers of healthcare education, to support the digital transformation of their course offerings.

 

Together, we focused on translating traditional classroom-based education into high-quality digital learning formats. Using AI-supported workflows, we generate clear and structured scripts, always supported by correct and verifiable source references. This ensures that the educational content meets the high standards required in medical training and remains trustworthy for both learners and institutions.

 

To deliver the content in a consistent and scalable way, we developed e-learning modules featuring realistic AI-generated avatars that function as digital instructors. These avatars guide learners step by step through complex medical topics, providing clear explanations and a calm, structured learning experience. This approach makes the content well suited for mandatory annual refresher training, where consistency, clarity and efficiency are essential.

 

We designed a wide range of e-learning formats for Heimerer, varying in length and depth. These range from comprehensive 24-hour courses to shorter, focused two-hour refresher modules, allowing Heimerer to offer flexible learning paths tailored to different professional requirements.
